Terms & Conditions
Workshop Duration & Completion Times
The advertised duration of each workshop includes the stated hours of instruction and studio access. While most participants complete their project within this timeframe, completion times may vary. Participants requiring additional time to complete their project may book extra studio time, subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the workshop fee, as preparation and booking costs have already been incurred.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves, others, or workshop equipment.
Equipment Use and Damage
Workshop equipment is provided for participant use during the session. Participants are responsible for any damage resulting from deliberate misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Reasonable wear and tear is excluded.
Health and Safety
Participants must follow all safety directions and use the personal protective equipment provided. Participants should advise the instructor of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to paints, solvents, or other workshop materials before the workshop commences.
Clothing and Personal Property
Participants should wear suitable clothing. The workshop provider is not responsible for paint or material damage to clothing, footwear, personal items, or vehicles brought to the premises.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the workshop provider is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the workshop except where caused by the workshop provider's negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.
